C-Class How Does It Affect Your Search Engine Ranking ??

It's time to answer some questions about C-Class
and how it affects your Search Engine ranking...

Questions:

how does one find out what their c-class is ??

what is the function of the c-class ??

who determines what c-class you are assigned ??

is it possible for a c-class to be blacklisted ??
- - - and if so - who would do that
would it be a SE or a human person for whatever reason ??

if one is not supposed to interlink their domains which
are on the same c-class - - - does that relate also to
if a friend of yours hosts with the same host and is on
the same c-class as you ??

does that mean you should then - not
link to that friends domains - since you share the same
c-class.... ??

or
is it an impossibility for another hosting client to
have domains on the same c-class as another hosting client ??


is there any benefit to having a c-class close to one
for domains that have high SE ranking sites ??
