Extreme Makeover - Okvath Edition - Taylor Woodrow and other partners and volunteers - we love you...

do you like to watch that ABC TV show called
"Extreme Makeover" ??

I do... whenever I am able to catch it... this most recent
edition that aired Sunday - March 14, 2005 was about building
an new 5,300 square foot home for Kassandra Okvath (age 8) and
her family... little Kassandra is recovering from a cancer
treatment and surgery - resulting from the discovery of a
cancerous tumor softball sized found in her kidney back in
2003... she was such a doll... she had wanted the team to
do a makeover of the hospital cancer section - with some
colorful painting that all the other children and patients
that have to spend so many hours there in the hospital...
the Extreme Makeover team did that - and while she and
her family were away for a week - the Extreme Makeover team
snuck in to their Arizona home and instead of fixing things
here and there in the 1,800 square foot home - they demolished
it and built a brand new gorgeous 5,300 square foot home
