"Starting Over" wins a Daytime Emmy... Future Plans for the Show...
I'm pleased to announce that one of my FAVORITE TV shows:
"Starting Over" - has earned a Daytime Emmy for it's
Season ONE.
"ItÂs been called a Âdocu-soap, a mixture of reality
television dramatics and real-life issues dealt with by
real women. But now ÂStarting Over, the syndicated
television show featuring Iyanla Vanzant, can call
itself Emmy winner, having been recently awarded a
Daytime Emmy for Best Special Class Series."

- - - they have been renewed for a season 3 and there's talk
of it being "couples" for that season - instead of females...
there's also some Hollywood and Media Buzz going around that they
may even do some segments or even a Season - with men only...
I personally hope that they keep the original format of just women...
but if they do want to diversify - I hope it will be done by them
having an additional show for the "couples" or the men and NOT replace
the original "women only" format... only time will tell...
Congratulations to Rhonda Britton, Rana Walker, Iyanla Vanzant,
Dr. Stan J. Katz, and the rest of the cast, crew, and of course
all the women.
